These Terms govern your use of the Kilometra platform operated by Beriva & Co. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. Scope of Service

Kilometra is a professional driver and route tracking platform designed to record, visualise and analyse driving activity. The service includes our live radio network, maintenance tracking, and GPS analytics. The service is provided “as is” without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

2. User Accounts

To use Kilometra, you must maintain an active account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Keeping your login credentials confidential.
All activity performed under your account, including voice transmissions on the radio.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kilometra to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Harass, abuse or harm other persons via voice or text.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the fleet systems.
Reverse engineer or resell the platform code.

4. Driving and Safety

Safety First: Kilometra is a tool to support drivers. You remain solely responsible for:

Complying with traffic laws and regulations.
Driving safely and attentively at all times.
Ensuring that the use of the PTT (Push-to-Talk) features does not distract you.

Beriva & Co is not liable for any accidents, fines or damages arising from your driving.

5. Data and Analytics

Kilometra processes route and performance data to provide statistics. Admin users may have access to driver-specific data depending on the fleet configuration.
