Kilometra is a driver and route tracking platform designed to record, visualise and analyse driving activity. The service is provided “as is” without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

2. User accounts

To use Kilometra, you must create an account or be invited as a driver/admin. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Keeping your login credentials confidential.
All activity performed under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kilometra to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Harass, abuse or harm other persons.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system.
Reverse engineer, copy or resell the service without permission.

4. Driving and safety

Kilometra is a tool to support drivers and fleet operators. You remain solely responsible for:

Complying with traffic laws and regulations.
Driving safely and attentively at all times.
Ensuring that the use of the app does not distract you while driving.

Beriva & Co is not liable for any accidents, fines or damages arising from your driving.

5. Data and analytics

Kilometra processes route and performance data to provide statistics and insights. Admin users may have access to aggregated or driver-specific data depending on the configuration of the account.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time, for example for maintenance, security updates or product improvements. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beriva & Co shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Loss of data, profits or business opportunities.
Damages resulting from misuse of the service or non-compliance with these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kilometra if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account where applicable.

9. Governing law

These Terms may be subject to the laws applicable at the place of operation of Beriva & Co. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
